This actuated Gate valve 600# 12" size was shipped to Garma Gostar Co in Iran several years ago before the sanction against Iran and the end user is known to be Bandar Abbass Oil Refining Co. Actuator brand is AUMA and the photo shows the connection work of the electric wire.
